I am designing this site as the second half of a project for my Plant Materials II class at Mississippi State University.  The first half of the project was a written report on a recent visit to Nashville, TN, during which I visited Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Museum of Art and stayed at (and explored) the Opryland Hotel.  This site hits the high points of the paper and contains a few of my pictures from the trip.  The information in this website comes primarily from personal observation, travel brochures I picked up at the gardens, and the facilities' websites.  If you are interested in learning more about either facility, visit them at:
